Location:
Next Door to All Saints Church and about 50 yards from Ryefield Avenue in Hillingdon Bus: U2 from Uxbridge or Hillingdon hospital.
Nearest station is Hillingdon Tube Station, a short distance away in Long Lane.
History:
On the 11 th of March 1991 representatives of the Hillingdon Borough Council held a meeting of the regular users of the Long Lane Hall to explain that the Council was cutting back administration costs and to this end was intending to cease administering the letting of the various meeting halls that it owned. The Council would assist in the formation of Community Associations to take over this task. Some had already been formed and were successfully operating meeting halls which previously had been the responsibility of the Council Following this meeting the regular users met again with the Council and on the 19 th July 1991 the Long Lane Community Association was formed, a Constitution agreed and a Committee elected to manage the letting of the Hall. The Committee took over the management of the Hall from the Council on 1 st January 1992.
The Community Association continued to manage the Hall under a licence from the Council until 1 st April 2003 when a 25 year Lease was signed between the Hillingdon Borough Council and the Holding Trustees on behalf of the Association.
On the 2 nd of September 2004 the title of the land and premises contained in the Lease was transferred to the Official Custodian for Charities in trust for the Long Lane Community Association Charity No.1010173/422485.

- Second Sights: a Spiritualist Church which meets on the 1 st and 3 rd Sunday of the month.
