This Association has been active in the district for over 50 years. It offers a range of activities to exercise the mind or the body or both. For the past 20 years the association has been based th the Community Room in Frithwood School, but due to the school wishing to expand their facilities, they were asked to leave and are now running activities with the co-operation of local churches in halls around Northwood, Northwood Hills & Eastcote.
Northwood are hoping to eventually have their own premises.
At present they meet at:
- Emmanuel Church, Old Northwood High Street, Northwood (EC)
- Northwood Hills United Reformed Church, Joel Street, Northwood Hills (URC)
- Methodist Church, Oaklands Gate, Northwood. (MCOG)

- Social Evening with Board / card games
- Conversational German
- Badminton
