The centre lies quite near to Heathrow Airport and the M4 Motorway
in Sipson Way, just off Sipson Road. The nearest bus link is the 222 from Uxbridge, via West Drayton, to Hounslow, and stops in Sipson Road at the end of Sipson Way.
History:
In 1976 the building was run by the council and the elderly had dinners there 3 times a week until the British Legion took over the job for a while. It was then handed back to the council and they in turn gave it back to the community and it is now run as a Community Centre.
Groups using the centre:
At the moment several Bingo Sessions are held each week and a monthly social function. A Toddler Group and a Youth Club hope to start shortly and the centre would welcome other groups to hire their hall.
The hall is also available for hire for private functions or for groups
