History
In 1949 just after the war Oscar Frey, owner of the Anglo-Swiss screw company started the group off in a room in his factory and then they moved to the Padcroft building in Bentinck Road, West Drayton.
In 1965 the purpose built community centre was built where it is now. It has two halls, the Oscar Frey Hall and the Cyril Boatman Hall both named after people who worked hard in the Association. It also has 3 Committee Rooms, a Snooker room, and a Members Lounge.
In 1979/80 an extension was built for a members bar and in those days they held Garden Fetes & Christmas Fairs each year. The Christmas Fair is still popular each year now. Activities at the Centre:
